Anxiety and Depression

For me personally, starting in March 2022, anxiousness gradually developed over the course of the previous year due to obvious causes. It probably reached its pinnacle a month ago. I finally made the decision that enough was enough. I began doing meditation using the Body Mind Word (BMW) method. and anxiety therapy I can say that my anxiety is significantly better under control now that I have been doing it for almost a month. Even while I still have anxiety throughout the day, I feel like it is much easier to control now than it was a month ago. Anyone tried this method
